WHO'S BEHIND THIS
I am Joachim Kynast, founder of Kynast AI & IT Advisory. My background is in IT governance, aligned with COBIT 2019, and IT service management following ITIL, combined with years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
AI is spreading through organisations faster than governance can keep up. Most approaches to AI governance are either too operational, focused on tools and checklists, or too theoretical to use in a real management conversation. I built the AI Governance Maturity Assessment to close that gap: a structured, repeatable way to understand where an organisation actually stands, before deciding what to build, buy or scale.
